We are interdisciplinary and diverse. We combine the latest scientific findings with extensive experience in the disciplines of leadership theory, team development, supporting management and executive boards, internal and external consulting, sustainability aspects and green leadership concepts, mediation and conflict resolution, as well as the use and interaction of internal and external Change Companions®.
Our knowledge framework encompasses neurobiology, psychology, sociology, pedagogy and andragogy, as well as cybernetics and hypnosystemics.
Together with our clients, we learn from the uniqueness of specific situations and processes and structure these learning experiences to create organizational intelligence.
We develop strategies, support their implementation, and provide assistance wherever goals, leadership, and collaboration are not yet functioning optimally. Our target groups range from executive management and boards of directors to all management levels, right down to the shop floor where value is created.
