Process
Our coaching process is clearly structured while being tailored to each individual – from the very first contact to our closing session.
This ensures that goals, expectations, and progress remain transparent for all involved.

Get to know (initial session)
Initial meeting between coach and coachee to establish trust and a good working basis.

Clarification of objectives and mandate
Joint clarification of goals and mandate with coachee, manager and HR representative

Coaching
Individual coaching sessions for the targeted development of the coachee

Closing session
Joint reflection on the results with coach, manager and HR representative
Coaching Standards
Our work is based on the quality standards of the DBVC and IOBC – and on a shared attitude that unites us as coaches.
Ethics & Mindset
Coaching is voluntary, self-directed, goal-oriented, and open-ended. We work according to the DBVC code of ethics – with a clear stance and without our own agenda.
Hypnosystemic craft
For us, thinking and working hypnosystemically means understanding people and organizations as living, resource-rich systems – and not prescribing change, but accompanying them through it.
Supervision & Intervision
Every system needs an outside perspective – including us. We remain curious about our own blind spots and use peer feedback to remain effective as coaches.
Impact orientation
Impact doesn't come from us – it emerges within the coachee. Whatever changes, the coachee experiences and shapes it themselves. Our task is to create a relationship in which this becomes possible.
